The Third Arrow Chapter of the Carroll County Daughters of the American Revolution recently awarded the Outstanding American History Award to Shanna Rae Baker. Shanna Rae is a Junior at Carroll Academy. She is the daughter of John Baker and Alvin and Lisa Upchurch. Shanna Rae was nominated by Sim Shanks, American History Teacher at Carroll Academy.
