Derek Purnell Signs Scholarship

Derek Purnell, a senior outfielder/pitcher for Carroll Academy has signed a baseball scholarship to play at Holmes Community College in Goodman next year. Derek is a three year starter for the Carroll baseball team. During those three years, Derek has earned awards for Best Defensive Player, Best Offensive Player, and a three time All-Conference selection. Derek has also been selected to the All-Commonwealth team those three years.
