Sumners Grant Applicant must be a resident of Attala, Carroll, Choctaw, Montgomery or Webster county in Mississippi for at least 12 continuous months to be eligible for this grant. This grant is available for Holmes Community College, Millsaps College, Mississippi State University, and University of Mississippi only.
